Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 30, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to memberships, class packages, drop-in classes, private sessions, appointments, events, purchases, and other services offered by Pilates + Wellness LLC, operating as Pilates at the Plant ("Pilates + Wellness," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any applicable membership terms, waiver, cancellation policy, intake requirements, and studio rules.
Memberships and Recurring Billing
Recurring memberships automatically renew according to the billing frequency shown at checkout unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Pilates + Wellness and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees and other authorized charges.
Membership Credits
Limited-use memberships include the number of class or appointment credits identified in the applicable plan. Unless expressly stated otherwise, monthly credits reset at each renewal and unused credits do not roll over.
Unlimited Memberships
Unlimited memberships may be used only for the eligible class types associated with that membership. Unlimited access does not include private sessions, special events, workshops, retail products, or other services unless expressly stated.
Founding Membership
The Founding All-Access membership is limited to the first 100 qualifying founding members. The founding membership rate is currently $299 per month and is intended to remain locked for the original founding member for life, subject to these Terms and continued eligibility.
Original founders may retain eligibility for the founding rate if they cancel and later return. Founding guest-pass benefits are granted once and are not automatically reissued after cancellation or rejoining.
Founding-member perks may include early booking access, guest passes, and other benefits communicated by the studio.
Class Cancellation Policy
Group-class reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive the applicable class credit back.
For unlimited memberships, a late cancellation may result in a $15 late-cancellation charge. A no-show may result in a $20 no-show charge.
Customers using limited class credits may forfeit the applicable credit for late cancellations or no-shows.
Private and Duet Session Cancellation Policy
Private and duet appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive the applicable appointment credit back.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or missed without notice, may result in forfeiture of the session or appointment credit.
Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellation requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the applicable billing date. Unless otherwise required by law, customers retain access through the period already paid for and prorated refunds are generally not provided.
Cancellation policies remain subject to applicable consumer-protection and statutory rights.
Membership Freezes
Eligible memberships may be frozen for up to 90 days, subject to studio approval and applicable plan terms.
The standard freeze fee is $25 per month.
Exceptions may be considered for circumstances including medical conditions, injury, family emergencies, temporary relocation, or extended travel. Additional documentation may be requested.
Payments and Failed Payments
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and may suspend booking or membership privileges until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Pilates + Wellness, membership dues, class packages, completed services, late-cancellation charges, and no-show charges are non-refundable.
Bookings and Availability
Classes and appointments are subject to instructor, room, and schedule availability. Pilates + Wellness may modify schedules, instructors, class formats, or availability when reasonably necessary.
Waitlists
When a class is full, customers may be offered a waitlist. Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee admission. Customers are responsible for monitoring booking confirmations and notifications.
Late Arrival
Customers should arrive with sufficient time to prepare for class or appointments. Late entry may be restricted when necessary for safety, class quality, or disruption prevention.
Guest Passes
Guest passes are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, class restrictions, and booking policies. Founding-member guest passes are currently limited to two lifetime guest passes unless otherwise communicated.
Health and Safety
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding relevant injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, mobility limitations, medications, or other circumstances that may affect participation.
Customers should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating where medically advisable.
Waiver and Assumption of Risk
Participation in Pilates, exercise, heated classes, equipment-based movement, and related activities involves inherent risks. Participation may require acceptance of our Participant Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability before services are used.
Studio Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, guests, and other customers and comply with reasonable studio rules and safety instructions.
Pilates + Wellness may restrict or terminate access for conduct that is unsafe, threatening, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or materially inconsistent with studio policies.
Pricing and Program Changes
We may change future pricing, offerings, schedules, or policies. Changes do not alter an expressly guaranteed founding lifetime rate for an eligible original founding member except where required by law or mutually agreed.
Technology and Third-Party Platforms
Booking, account management, communications, and payment processing may be provided through third-party platforms including Momence and Stripe. Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas, except where another law or mandatory consumer right applies.
Changes to These Terms
Pilates + Wellness may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
